Title: Co-Director of the Northern Aquaculture Demonstration Facility and Teaching Academic Staff in Biology
Location: Department of Biology, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
Appointment: Twelve month/nine month academic staff (50% Co-director / 50% teaching)
Qualifications: Broad training in biology with emphasis in aquaculture or fish biology and professional experience showing outreach, publications, research experience, grantsmanship, and clear commitment to undergraduate education required.? Doctoral degree required.? Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities of the co-director of the NADF include leading a nationally recognized research, demonstration, education and outreach program that promotes and advances the development of aquaculture in a northern climate.? They will also be expected to promote the NADF and help build collaborative relationships, both on and off-campus. Teaching load is 12 credits per year which includes undergraduate biology lectures and labs for majors or non-majors depending on interests and department needs.?
